By accessing or using the 24 Planner mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI Disclaimer

The app features 'AI Smart Scheduling' powered by Google Gemini. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated schedules are suggestions and may not be perfectly accurate.
• You should verify all scheduled times and events.
• We are not responsible for any missed appointments or errors resulting from reliance on AI-generated schedules.
• Your input data is processed by Google's AI services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Pro/Premium Subscriptions

Future versions of the app may include optional paid subscriptions ('24 Planner Pro'). Pricing and terms for these features will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on 24 Planner are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitations

In no event shall 24 Planner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
