1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 24 Planner mobile application, web dashboard, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing 24 Planner.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to download and use one copy of the app for personal, non-commercial planning purposes. Under this license, you agree not to:

Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the application

Use 24 Planner trademarks, logo assets, or proprietary visual dial layouts without written permission

Resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the application services

Interfere with or attempt to compromise cloud synchronization infrastructure

3. User Accounts & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. AI Smart Scheduling Disclaimer

The app offers optional AI Smart Scheduling powered by Google Gemini. By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated schedules are smart suggestions and recommendations that you should review.

You retain final discretion over your appointments, travel buffers, and daily commitments.

24 Planner is not liable for missed meetings, travel delays, or external schedule conflicts.

Input prompts are processed anonymously in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Optional premium features ('24 Planner Pro') may be offered via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period via your device App Store account settings.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

24 Planner is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24 Planner and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
