Welcome to 24 Planner. We believe your schedule is one of your most intimate and sensitive pieces of personal data. This Privacy Policy details how we protect, minimize, and safeguard your data when you use the 24 Planner mobile application, website, and sync services.

2. Information We Collect & Minimize

Account Authentication:When you sign in using third-party services (such as Google Sign-In or Apple ID), we collect your name and email address strictly to authenticate your account and link your devices.

Schedule Content:Plans, visual cycle sectors, and custom tasks you create are stored in high-performance local storage on your device. If cloud sync is enabled, your data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections and stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore.

Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry:We collect anonymized performance telemetry and crash diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics) to fix bugs and improve frame rates.

3. AI Features & Gemini LLM Data Processing

Our 'AI Smart Scheduling' feature utilizes Google Gemini Large Language Models (LLM) to parse natural language and optimize daily schedules.

Anonymized Processing:When you use the AI Smart Scheduling feature, text prompts (e.g., 'Reschedule my afternoon gym session') and relevant time slots are processed anonymously. We explicitly strip all personal identifiers, including your User ID (UID), full name, and email address, before querying Google Gemini.

No Model Training On Your Data:Your prompts and schedule data are transmitted solely to generate the immediate scheduling suggestions and are never used to train third-party AI foundation models.

User Consent & Optionality:AI features are 100% optional. You can always choose to manually create and edit schedules without invoking AI processing.

4. Data Security & Encryption Standards

We implement industry-standard cryptographic measures. All network communication uses TLS 1.3 encryption, and data stored in Firebase is protected by granular security rules and AES-256 rest encryption.

5. Data Ownership, Export & Deletion

You retain total ownership of your data at all times. You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated schedules at any time from within the app settings or by contacting our team.

6. Push Notifications & Reminders

Push notifications and schedule alerts are scheduled locally on your device whenever possible. We will only send remote notifications if you have explicitly granted notification permissions.
