4. AI Features & Data Processing

Our 'AI Smart Scheduling' feature utilizes Google Gemini's Large Language Models (LLM) to assist in generating schedules.

• Data Collection & Processing:When you use the AI Smart Scheduling feature, the text you input as a prompt (e.g., 'Gym, Work, Lunch') as well as your existing schedule data and calendar plans are collected by the app and sent to a third-party AI service provider, Google's servers, for processing. This data is used solely to generate the schedule response and help the AI understand your availability. It is not used to train Google's models unless explicitly stated otherwise by Google's policies.
• Third-Party Sharing & Anonymization:We share this prompt and schedule data with Google Gemini. This data transmission is completely anonymous; we do not send your personal identifiers, such as your User ID (UID), email address, or account name, to Google Gemini. We confirm that Google, as our third-party AI service provider, provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this privacy policy, adhering to industry-standard security and data handling practices.
• Privacy & Retention:We do not store your raw AI prompts on our own servers permanently. Data sent to Google is subject to Google's Cloud Data Privacy Policy. We ensure that only necessary, anonymized data is transmitted.
• User Consent & Choice:We will ask for your explicit permission before sharing your data with Google Gemini for the first time. AI features are entirely optional, and you can always choose to create schedules manually without using AI.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All data is stored securely using Google Firebase's infrastructure with industry-standard encryption.
